Rhem brings together recorded readings, conversation patterns, and reminders, giving you a history to review over time.
Rhem actually gets things done.
Rhem’s AI agents browse websites and make phone calls, booking appointments, calling the pharmacy, and ordering essentials. Just ask.
Stay in touch between calls.
A shared view of recorded updates, routines, and requests. Rhem brings them into the family app so you can review what is available and follow up with your parent.

Illustrative measurement: Donna places her finger on Rhem’s sensor. An animated arc shows measuring in progress while her finger rests on the sensor, followed by three transparent, outlined circles with aligned sample readings and units: blood pressure 120/80 mmHg, heart rate 72 bpm, and SpO2 98%. These are example results, not Donna’s actual readings or a health assessment.

Rhem reads blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen (SpO₂), then keeps every reading in a dated history. See today’s numbers and how they change over time.
Today’s readings, with a history behind them.
Why we built it
A number is easier to revisit when it has a date and a place to live. Rhem keeps readings together so your parent can look back without reconstructing them from memory.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem reads blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen (SpO₂), then saves readings in a dated history. Your parent can review earlier numbers and bring that record to a conversation.
Illustrative conversation: Rhem asks about Teri’s plans. Teri says she can’t remember the time, with ‘can’t remember’ highlighted yellow as a flagged example cue. Rhem reminds her she is meeting Maya after lunch. Teri says she remembers the park at two, with ‘I remember now’ highlighted green as a positive example cue. Each turn uses a small light-grey wrapper. These are illustrative conversation cues, not a cognitive health assessment or diagnosis.

What are your plans today?
Every conversation adds context.
The topics they return to. The moments they lose their train of thought. Rhem compares patterns across conversations, bringing changes into view and giving you more to go on when you check in.
See the threads across conversations.
Why we built it
An everyday conversation can be about a favorite topic, a remembered plan, or a moment of losing a train of thought. Looking across those exchanges gives family more context for the next check-in.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem compares recorded conversation patterns over time, bringing recurring topics and changes into view. Your parent and family can revisit those patterns and talk through what stands out.

Their readings, conversations, and routines tell a story together. Rhem builds a picture of their everyday, so you can see what’s familiar and what’s changed against their own history.
A picture built around their life.
Why we built it
Your parent has their own interests, routines, and familiar rhythms. Their history makes room for that individuality when you look back together.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem brings readings, conversation patterns, and routines into a shared view over time. Compare recent days with earlier ones to see what is familiar and what has changed.
Illustrative conversation: Teri asks, ‘Which is healthier Rhem, the apple or the pear?’ Rhem replies, ‘Neither is clearly healthier. Both are nutritious, with small differences.’ Rhem’s circular eye avatar accompanies the reply.

Big questions. Everyday answers.
From food, sleep, and staying active to recipes, weather, and everyday curiosities—just ask. Rhem talks it through in plain language, with room for every follow-up question.
Curiosity gets a conversation.
Why we built it
A question about food, sleep, or an unfamiliar word often leads to another question. Rhem gives your parent room to keep asking and explore the things they want to understand.
How Rhem is designed to help
Your parent asks out loud about wellness or everyday topics, from staying active to recipes and weather. Rhem responds in plain language and takes follow-up questions as the conversation unfolds.
Illustrative help request: Teri says, ‘Rhem, help me!!’ A phone mark sits directly above Rhem and gently wobbles with animated signal lines while dialing as the text reads ‘Family contact’ and ‘Dialing family…’ This shows an attempted call rather than a connected call or confirmation that help is coming. Do not rely on Rhem for emergencies; contact emergency services directly.

A little help. Just a word away.
When your parent needs a hand, they can ask out loud. Rhem recognizes supported help phrases and notifies family, giving them a way to reach you without picking up a phone.
A spoken request reaches family.
Why we built it
When your parent wants a hand, their phone may be in another room. Rhem gives them a way to ask family for help through the device they already talk to.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem listens for supported help phrases. When it recognizes one, it sends a notification to family so they can follow up with your parent.
Illustrative browser task: A card labeled ‘Teri’s request to Rhem’ reads ‘Refill my prescription.’ Six numbered tool cards follow the demo: open the pharmacy account, find the saved prescription, check refill availability, confirm the pickup location, submit the request, and verify its status. At most two tool cards appear below the request. A finish card reads ‘Task complete — Refill request submitted. Awaiting pharmacy review.’ Submission does not mean the prescription has been approved or dispensed.

Book an appointment. Fill out a form. Get an online task moving. Your parent says what they need, and Rhem navigates the websites and works through the steps for them.
A spoken request. The web put to work.
Why we built it
Booking an appointment or completing a form can mean navigating several pages, small buttons, and unfamiliar menus. Rhem gives your parent a way to start with what they want done.
How Rhem is designed to help
Your parent describes the task. Rhem’s browser agent navigates websites, works through forms, and helps coordinate the next steps on their behalf.
From calling the pharmacy to booking a table, Rhem speaks with businesses on your parent’s behalf. It asks questions, coordinates the details, and brings back the outcome.
An assistant on the other end of the line.
Why we built it
A simple phone call can involve menus, questions, and details to keep track of. Rhem takes on that coordination so your parent can start with the request.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem’s voice agent calls the business, asks questions, coordinates arrangements, and reports the outcome. Your parent stays involved in the decisions that matter.

Everyday essentials, with their say.
Why we built it
Getting the groceries or household supplies should start with what your parent wants. Rhem brings shopping assistance and spending preferences together.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem helps find and order requested items using the selected budget and approval preferences. Your parent’s choices guide what to buy and when approval is needed.

Water the plants.
Reminders that follow through.
A reminder is just the beginning. Rhem checks back, helps with the next step, and can call when your parent is away. If something still needs attention, it brings family into the loop.
The follow-up is part of the reminder.
Why we built it
A reminder might arrive while your parent is busy, away, or looking for help. Rhem keeps the conversation going so they have another chance to respond.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem follows up after the reminder, helps with the next step, and can call when your parent is away. An unresolved request can be shared with family for a follow-up.

Company that starts the conversation.
Why we built it
Sometimes the best opening is someone else asking about your day. Rhem makes those invitations part of the check-ins your parent chooses.
How Rhem is designed to help
Rhem starts agreed conversations and check-ins around your parent’s routine. A question can become a story, a catch-up, or a chance to ask for help.

Why we built it
Family connection happens in the little things: seeing a face, hearing a story, sharing the day. Rhem makes space for those moments across the distance.
How Rhem is designed to help
Voice calls, video calls, and voice messages come together on Rhem. Talk face to face when schedules line up, or leave a hello for your parent to hear later.

Your parent’s day deserves room for their interests and enjoyment. Rhem brings a choice of things to do, listen to, and talk about.

Rhem is an AI health robot for the home, built by Rhem Labs. It combines voice AI, wellness tracking, medication and routine reminders, fall detection, SOS alerts, and family connection in one calm device. Rhem is designed to help older adults feel more supported at home while keeping family caregivers informed through a companion app.
Is Rhem a medical device?+
Rhem is a consumer wellness and safety companion, not a certified medical device. Its sensors and measurements are intended for general wellness awareness and family peace of mind, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, and call emergency services directly in an emergency.
Who is Rhem for?+
Rhem is built primarily for older adults who want to stay independent at home, and for the family caregivers who support them. It also fits busy households that want hands-free wellness check-ins and reminders. The experience is voice-first and designed to be approachable for people who are not comfortable with complex technology.
Does Rhem need Wi-Fi?+
Rhem runs core AI on-device for responsive, private interaction, and uses an internet connection for family app syncing, alerts, and updates. A reliable home Wi-Fi connection is recommended so reminders, wellness sharing, and SOS notifications reach family members promptly.
When do I pay for my order?+
You pay the full device price when you order. No later hardware balance is due. You can cancel before shipment for a full refund by emailing support@rhem.ai.
When will Rhem ship?+
Dispatch estimates, supported destinations, and shipping charges are shown before payment. If the estimate changes, we will email you with the revised date and your cancellation options.
* Important product, health and safety information
Everyday assistance and wellness. Rhem provides everyday assistance and general-wellness information, not diagnosis, screening, disease monitoring, prevention or treatment. It does not replace professional healthcare, prescribed monitoring or clinician-recommended medical devices.
Readings and health decisions. Heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen (SpO₂) readings can be inaccurate and cannot rule out a medical problem. Do not use readings, conversation patterns or baselines to assess cognitive health or change medication, dosage or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns; never delay care because of a reading, response or missing alert.
AI, reminders and check-ins. AI can misunderstand requests and give incorrect or incomplete answers. Verify important information. Reminders and check-ins do not confirm medication was taken, a task was completed or someone is safe. Rhem does not administer medication or replace needed supervision or care.
Family alerts and emergencies. Halo fall detection and Rhem help requests can notify chosen contacts. They provide neither professional monitoring nor automatic emergency dispatch. Falls or requests may be missed, false alerts may occur, and notifications or responses may fail or be delayed. An absence of alerts does not establish safety. Do not rely on Rhem or Halo as your sole means of help. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number directly.
Connectivity and setup. Rhem uses Wi-Fi, with no cellular connection. Local AI does not make cloud features, calls, app syncing or remote alerts work offline. Halo requires a working linked Bot; remote alerts require internet, power, correct setup, app permissions and a recipient able to respond. Outages can interrupt service. Follow the supplied installation, charging and use instructions.
Regulatory scope. General-wellness wording does not establish FDA clearance or approval. FCC (U.S.) and ISED (Canada) radio authorization is separate from medical-device authorization and does not establish medical accuracy, fall-detection reliability or emergency-response capability.
Your rights. These limitations do not reduce your rights under applicable consumer-protection law or Rhem’s published warranty, cancellation and return policies.
