Head of Hardware
Zhuyuan Shao leads Rhem's hardware development with more than 10 years of overseas technical research experience. He holds master's degrees from Tongji University and Politecnico di Torino, with prior research experience in superconductivity-related technologies and wireless communication at an Italian national research institute. He has also worked as an embedded systems engineer with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Perception Group. His role is critical to making Rhem feel dependable as a physical robot in the home.

Xuemin Shen brings more than 20 years of management experience in pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare-related markets. With an MBA from the American University of Technology and Industry, he has held leadership roles at ONLLY, Nanjing Pharmaceutical, and Tianjin Zhong Xin Pharmaceutical Group. His healthcare market experience helps Rhem communicate clearly with families, caregivers, and partners in a way that feels practical, trustworthy, and grounded.

Lingtao Xiao oversees finance and corporate discipline for Rhem Labs. As an ACCA UK Chartered Accountant and CIMA UK Chartered Management Accountant, she brings international financial management experience from Bayer China, Corning Group's Asia Finance Center, and Fortis Group, where she served as CFO for Mainland China and Taiwan. Her background supports Rhem's ability to scale responsibly, manage resources carefully, and build a sustainable company.

Dr. Shengzhao Lin brings clinical and pharmaceutical research expertise to Rhem Labs. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Paris-South and completed postdoctoral work at the Medical Research Institute of Japan's Ministry of Labor. With more than 10 years of clinical drug research and development experience, including leadership roles at the Institute of Biology and Natural Medicine and the National Center for New Drug Research and Development, he helps guide Rhem's health-support direction with scientific and clinical awareness.

Xianfeng Chen leads software development for Rhem Labs. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xi'an University of Science and Technology and has more than 15 years of full-stack development experience. His previous roles include technical leadership at Shanghai YC Culture Media, Java backend leadership for Bank of Communications projects through Chinasoft International, and Technical Director at Gangmin Medical. His experience supports the software foundation behind Rhem's AI-powered home care platform.
