Jacob Shen founded Rhem Labs to bring dependable, privacy-forward health support into the home. He sets the company's vision and strategy, aligning product, engineering, clinical, and commercial efforts around a single goal: a home-care robot families can trust. His leadership keeps the team focused on shipping a real product that earns its place in people's homes.
CTO / Founder
Huey Schink leads cross-functional development at Rhem Labs, bringing more than 15 years of experience taking complex hardware-software products from concept to launch. He owns program management and systems integration — coordinating the hardware, software, and clinical workstreams into one coherent release, managing timelines, and resolving the trade-offs where disciplines meet. His role ensures the pieces other teams build come together into a finished, reliable robot.
Senior Advisor
Jack Stephens is CEO of View Behavioral Health, a Southern California behavioral health organization, and leads Ocean View Adult Psychiatric Hospital in Long Beach. He is building a three-facility psychiatric campus in Colton that opened in 2026 with a 52-bed children's and adolescent hospital — lifting the Inland Empire's inpatient capacity for young patients by more than 55% — with a 72-bed adult hospital and outpatient programs to follow. He brings that clinical operating experience to Rhem Labs.
