When Rhem ships

We expect to begin shipping in early November, with units fulfilled in the order reservations were placed. Estimated windows are confirmed when the Kickstarter campaign goes live, and we'll keep every backer updated throughout production.

Where we ship

We ship internationally. Rhem is launching in North America first, with European and other regions following — your order confirmation and pledge manager will show availability for your location.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and charged separately from your pledge or pre-order. After the campaign, you'll confirm your delivery address in our pledge manager and shipping will be added based on your destination.

Customs, duties & import fees

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. These vary by region — we recommend checking your local import rules.

Tracking & updates

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email as soon as your Rhem leaves our fulfillment center. Until then, we'll share regular production and fulfillment updates so you always know where things stand.

Changing your address

You can update your delivery address in the pledge manager any time before your unit ships, or email support@rhem.ai and we'll take care of it for you.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your Rhem arrives damaged, or tracking shows your shipment as lost, contact support@rhem.ai and we'll make it right. Damage in transit is handled under our refund & returns policy.

Returns after delivery

Once your Rhem arrives, it's covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See the refund & returns policy for exactly how returns and refunds work.
