Reserving a Rhem shouldn't feel risky. Your pre-order deposit is fully refundable, and the terms below spell out exactly how returns work.

The $1 pre-order deposit is 100% refundable, any time before your order is finalized. It reserves your place in line — it does not commit you to buying.

1. The $1 reservation deposit

A pre-order places a $1 refundable depositto reserve a unit. It is not a purchase. You can request a refund of the deposit at any time before you confirm and pay for your order, and we'll return it in full.

2. Cancelling a pre-order

  • You can cancel a reservation from your account or by emailing support@rhem.ai.
  • Cancelling before final payment refunds your $1 deposit with nothing further owed.
  • If pricing or specifications change materially before launch, we'll tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund before any balance is charged.

3. How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Deposit refunds are processed promptly; depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days to appear on your statement.

4. Returning a delivered robot

Once Rhem ships and you receive your unit, you may return it within the return window stated in your order confirmation for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, contact us first so we can issue return instructions and any required label.

5. Return condition

  • The robot and included accessories should be in good condition with all components.
  • Keep the original packaging where possible — it helps protect the device in transit.
  • We may reduce a refund to reflect damage beyond normal inspection handling, to the extent allowed by your local consumer law.

6. Your data when you return or transfer a device

Before returning or transferring a Rhem, unbind it from your account in the app. This removes the device's link to your profile and family data. You can also delete your stored measurements and history at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on data deletion and your rights.

7. Defective or damaged on arrival

If your robot arrives damaged or faulty, contact support@rhem.airight away. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, separate from the standard return window.

8. Warranty

Each Rhem includes a hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects, as described in your purchase documentation. The Pro Edition includes an extended warranty. Warranty service is in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory consumer rights.

9. Accessories & gift packaging

Smart accessories (such as the smart base) and Pro gift-box packaging follow the same return principles. If a gift recipient needs to start a return, the original purchaser may need to assist with order verification.
